• Economic Resilience and Diversification: Foster a dynamic and resilient economy that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, and equitable access to economic opportunities. Encourage diversification of economic sectors to reduce dependency on vulnerable industries and enhance resilience to external shocks.
• Social Inclusion and Human Development: Ensure all citizens have access to quality education, healthcare, and social services. Promote gender equality, empowerment of youth and vulnerable groups, and protection of human rights. Strengthen social cohesion and cultural identity to build a more inclusive society.
